DAY 9
Woke this morning totally uninterested in food which is the complete opposite of yesterday. I did sleep like a rock last night and feel great this morning. I drank the laxative tea last night and this morning and am in for the day if you know what I mean. I feel like I need to cleanse still in that regard. My tongue was pink last night but covered in the usual white film this morning. I am feeling like I could do this another week today but I am sure that will change as soon as I venture out and see people eating !! When I do the spring cleanse I am aiming for 14 days.
